Isilidor Fortress

Isilidor is a fortress-like wall that covers the whole border of Gallius, stretching all the way to Dragon Fell. The Wall is the final stand point before one would enter the Empire's reach. Its security is extremely tight; said to horde a legion of undead armies to guard its walls in times of panic. The city is much the same; it is torn down with some inhabitants, though it would seem that house by house the people die by some sort of plague. This is the work of the dark Secret General, that rests in the main body of the great fortress. This city is the slum lands where those that can no longer afford the kings tax rates and have escaped imprisonment will run to and surely enough they will meet a fate the equivalent of prison.
